The Snowmass Village Town Council approved a business plan for the marketing board 4-1 Monday.
“I think this is a good business plan to work with,” said Snowmass Village Mayor Bill Boineau. “It is a business plan that is evolving and changing.”
The plan states annual key goals, identifies specific metric targets for the upcoming year, summarizes high level tasks that are measured within integrated campaigns and programs, overviews where money goes, and shares key components of the work plan for the upcoming year.
However, for some, the business plan didn't make any sense.
“The process, in my view, is still broken,” said John Borthwick, formerly a member of the Financial Advisory Board for Snowmass Village. “If you approve this plan, it's pretty much business as usual.”...
